Amethyst Grace's exclusive silk, wool, and modal blend is luxurious yet delicate. To maintain its softness and appearance, we recommend dry cleaning for the best care. Hand washing in cold water without detergent is also an option for gentle maintenance.

Products on Amethyst Grace are sold on a first come, first served basis. Items in the cart are only reserved when you begin the checkout process, when the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.

 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, Monday to Friday, or at weekends and on Bank Holidays, will be posted the next working day.

UK Special Delivery - £8.95

Please note that there may be slight delays in dispatch during busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

For international delivery, the delivery time will be shown at checkout.

 

Returns & Refunds

Hassle-Free Returns:

We want you to love your Amethyst Grace scarf! If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return it.

How to Return Your Item:

Step One：Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at info@amethystgrace.co.uk and use the return form included in your delivery package.
Step Two：Return Your Item: Pack your unworn item carefully in its original packaging and obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office for added security in case of loss during return shipping.

Refunds and Replacements: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund or replacement status.

For Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, we’re happy to replace it (subject to stock availability).

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original postage cost.

Please Note: During peak seasons, such as Christmas, slight processing delays may occur. The postage cost will be deducted from all returned orders.

 

Taxes

Non-European Union orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. The cost of local sales taxes and import duties are included in the purchase price, but not United Kingdom VAT. Therefore, Amethyst Grace are unable to offer a United Kingdom VAT refund.
